Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) phcash22 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering a phcash22 account, you agree to:

All transactions on the phcash22 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). phcash22 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as made available on the platform from time to time.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your phcash22 account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• phcash22 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification, fraud review, or investigation of suspected Terms violations.

Any funds deposited into a phcash22 account are held for the purpose of gameplay only. phcash22 does not pay interest on account balances. Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 180 consecutive days — may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account dashboard.

phcash22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods. • Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.

• Any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

phcash22 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The phcash22 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phcash22's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcash22 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phcash22 support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phcash22 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Nothing in this clause shall limit phcash22's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
